Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of the digital product roadmaps across web/mobile
Engage with internal stakeholders at various levels to identify opportunities for new developments and innovation
Understand key customer personas, user journeys & business objectives
Create product concepts with the UX function/creative teams
Utilise data to analyse product usage/performance to identify gaps & opportunities
Be the visible advocate for products; updating relevant stakeholders on progress and hosting product demonstrations
Work closely with the business/delivery teams to produce clear product specifications and designs
Lead discovery workshops around MVP for any new product/feature
Monitor industry activity and market/technology trends
Continuously engage the product/project team and other stakeholders to ensure the team is building the right products

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in a product owner role working closely with marketing/data/technology teams
Proven track record of managing products to a high standard
Good understanding of user experience and customer journeys
Good understanding of Marketing and Data team requirements for digital products
Working in an agile environment
Passionate about technology and how it can impact our product growth
Excellent communication skills
