Forward Role are working with a forward thinking not-for-profit company who customer are truly the heart of the business and everything they do. The Insights team are growing, with some incredibly exciting projects on the horizon for the Research & Insights Manager to get stuck in to.

As a Research & Insight Manager, you will be conducting research to monitor and evaluate the impact of the companies work through tracking and measuring outcomes and performance. There will be a fantastic project to get stuck in to, creating and developing the new Voice of the Customer (VoC) programme to continuously monitor the customer experience and dive deeper in to their needs, issues affecting them and come up with further solutions to offer support.

There will be endless opportunities to create insightful stories from a range of interesting data sources to support the strategic and operational planning and to support driving the company forward.

What will the Research & Insight Manager be doing?

  • Responsibility of research programme from design to delivery.
  • Running end-to-end research projects, including primary research and data analysis
  • Design & implementation of the new VoC programme
  • Understanding customer and sector insights to drive strategic planning
  • Managing relationships with market research agencies
  • Working closely with various stakeholders
  • Supporting with the use of segmentation models

Skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in a research and insight roles – in-house or client side
  • Have a blend of qualitative and quantitative research experience
  • Understanding of Voice of the Customer
  • Be passionate about making a difference
  • Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, and part of a team
