Role: Rust Backend Engineer up to €90K + Bonus DOE

Location: Fully Remote within Germany

I am currently working with a SaaS company who are a market leader in Germany and Western Europe for developing IT monitoring software within Cloud, IOT and infrastructure. They have been in business since 1997 and are now at a headcount of 300 employees across Germany. Their original tech stack is made up of Delphi and they are now working in Rust.

You would be joining a product team working alongside 6 developers and your day to day work will include implementing new features in Rust as well as migrating legacy code and helping your team carry your product from idea all the way to market.

Their interview process is made up of 2 stages where you will have the opportunity to meet some of the team leads to figure out which team will be the best fit for you within their company.

Essential Skills:

- Rust Experience
- Delphi Experience Or willingness to learn
