Sales/Business Development Manager - B2B
FR Executive is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our client a leading multi-channel retailer and supplier to businesses across the UK, dedicated to their customer focused values.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to grow revenue from business to business channels, including private and public sector enterprises.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the customer experience for new business accounts, ensuring high quality customer service.
- Leadership of the B2B sales team, encouraging the beliefs and values of the company are upheld throughout your department.
- Continuously innovate and drive change to make sure the department is efficient, and ultimately successful
- Mentor, train and improve the approach of direct reports to make sure the department hits target
- Demonstrable knowledge of enterprise sales and proven sales team management experience
- Ability to get the most out of a team through motivation, training and analysis
