Job Title: Salesforce Business Lead
Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Cheshire
Role Type: Hybrid – 3 days a week on-site

My client, an established, global B2B organisation are looking for a driven Salesforce Business Lead to spearhead their Salesforce initiatives.

In this role, you'll oversee local SFDC administration, collaborating with stakeholders for optimal user Salesforce experiences.

Your role involves grasping user needs, devising solutions, and aligning actions with company objectives whilst also leading Salesforce training, elevating a network of champions for uniform practices.

Responsibilities

⭐ Managing ownership of Salesforce financial/analytical data and output.
⭐ Reviewing and aligning current data with local data standards.
⭐ Developing and maintaining KPIs/analytics, exploring broader applications.
⭐ Collaborating with central BI group to meet their KPI/analytics needs.
⭐ Handling data segmentation and associated KPIs, ensuring accurate SFDC uploads.
⭐ Coordinating SFDC requirements with other departments and implementing solutions.
⭐ Conducting market analysis to provide insightful analytics for company strategy.
⭐ Undertaking specific tasks/projects beyond SFDC scope.
