Scrum Master - £75K - Leeds

A global leading distributor of technology products, services and solutions are looking for proven Scrum Master to join their growing team.
The company are industry leaders within B2B E-Commerce and have been established for over 80 years - they are currently continuing on an ambitious Agile transformation journey that started in 2020. and looking to add an experienced Scrum Master to help facilitate their transformation and on-going growth.

As part of their next steps, they are moving to a modern cloud based architecture and a true DevOps mindset to continue to improve their service.

Within the role as a Scrum Master you will support the team on their understanding of Agile and delivering a product. You will teach the team agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and shield them from external distractions and help bring the Product Owner and the team together.
You will build and coach high performing teams and ensure Scrum practices are used and improved, whilst always looking for ways to strengthen teams understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts and principles.
