Senior Account Manager
My client is a digital experience design agency with unrivalled expertise in retail. They aim to provide a remarkable career experience for their employers by creating an environment in which creativity, data, behavioural insight and hard commercial ambitions collide. They are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to contribute to the development, profitability and growth of some of their most important clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to excel in an agency which is fortunate enough to work for some of the biggest brands in the world.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Taking ownership of the work end-to-end, from briefing, creative, execution and evaluation
Keeping track of budgets and resources for your projects.
Working pro-actively with all levels of seniority within the clients’ teams to help develop their business
Holding internal and external client reviews on a regular basis
Supporting and manage junior members of the client services team, with specific responsibility for the day-to-day workload of an Account Manager
Leading your client team to deliver the work collaboratively
Understanding and interpreting client briefs
The ideal candidate should:
Have experience working within a digital marketing, preferably with retailers as clients.
Have experience working on large complex accounts
Have a proven track record of exceptional relationship management
Have strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Have some experience supervising and mentoring junior staff
