Our client is a leading global professional services firm, looking for a Senior Communications and Engagement Manager to junior their UK division based in London and lead on transformational and change programmes for one of the business units. Although this is a 12 month FTC, the project will run for roughly two years.
The successful candidate will be a senior player who is used to working within challenging environments, with strong influencing skills. You will have extensive experience running major change and transformational projects within matrix organisations.
You’ll be a reputable internal comms expert who is used to working within fast-paced partnership environments, with strong experience in advising and guiding senior leadership teams.
You'll have excellent writing skills, and despite being in a strategic role, you'll be happy to roll your sleeves up and work on hands-on tasks.
Finally, you'll be a strong team player and a strong leader, with a track record for leading high-performing teams.
