The analytics and CRM functions are developing further every day, running a large-scale CRM programme to help shape and build the business strategy. The business understand the value of data and aim for it to be central and run through the entire company.

As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will be a customer journey champion – leading the definition, implementation, delivery, monitoring and optimisation. The aim is to drive customer-product engagement and use data & analytics to maximise and improve ROI.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Maximise campaign impact and effectiveness, always looking to drive and improve marketing strategies
  • Accurate and complex customer selections – SQL & Salesforce
  • Feed Campaign Analytics requirements in to project processes
  • Drive and develop SQL automated processes to improve efficiency
  • Identify, and troubleshoot any processes errors or gaps across marketing activity
  • Lead a test and learn culture – deliver test matrix
  • Designing and implementing customer / CRM journeys
  • Deliver in-depth analysis of performance across marketing activity and campaigns – providing insights and making strategic recommendations
  • Using analysis to understand business and commercial impact of marketing
  • Presenting confident and informative presentations to a variety of stakeholders at all levels
  • Mentoring junior analysts

Skills & experience:

  • Previous Campaign / CRM Analytics experience – 3+ years
  • Experience using SQL for setting up and running selections
  • Experience using campaign management tools – ideally Salesforce, but other tools are also of interest (Unica, Adobe etc)
  • Experience working in a zero-error culture / environment
  • Ability to manipulate and analyse data, providing insights and recommendations
  • Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management experience
