South Manchester

Growth, growth, growth! This fantastic online retailer is showing no signs of slowing down having launched multiple websites recently and they now have a presence in over 100 countries around the world. As part of their expansion plans, they are now looking to expand their CRM capabilities and this role will be right at the centre of things. They are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to manage and develop their email marketing strategy across the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build, develop and maintain automated campaigns across multiple territories.

  • Work closely with the senior CRM team to develop email marketing strategies for international website launches.

  • Build localised CRM strategies in tandem with the team of territory managers, monitor and report on performance, suggesting opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and optimise an email segmentation strategy.

  • Work strategically and tactically with wider marketing teams towards both short and long-term revenue and profitability goals.

  • Daily monitoring of e-commerce performance KPIs.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to maximise the impact of promotions, providing a strong and consistent user experience at all times.

  • A/B test CRM activities, ensuring we optimise performance in a systematic way.

  • Closely collaborate with the content and creative teams, ensuring that briefs to them are clear, consistent and insight-led.

  • Use a mix of channels to ensure that the customers get the right message at the right time.

  • Actively contribute towards customer retention and database growth strategies, reporting on key metrics regularly.

Person required:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience within a CRM-related position.

  • The ability to work autonomously and proactively, utilising resources effectively.

  • HTML and Photoshop skills are essential.

  • Strong understanding of customer data and segmentation.

  • E-commerce /retail sector experience.

  • Good time management with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Literate in Google Analytics and Excel.
