Forward Role have partnered with a well-known Transport brand to find an enthusiastic CRM Exec or Senior CRM Exec, who will help them obtain and retain customers via a range of digital media channels.

You will have a crucial role in the development and management of personalised communications for their customer database. Working alongside commercial and customer experience teams, you'll build CRM plans for the whole customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the CRM & Loyalty Planner, planning campaigns all the way through the year
• Creating exciting content for campaigns
• Producing promotional offers
• Constructing, testing and sending out a wide range of campaigns
• Inspiring additional customers to sign up to marketing communications
• Working alongside their partners to incentivise and keep the loyal customer base
• Creating campaign analysis reports

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a CRM role with knowledge of CRM principles and platforms, loyalty schemes, brand identity and digital tracking tools.
• Experience planning and executing CRM marketing campaigns
• Some basic technical skills to support with HTML coding
• Very organised, creative, strong attention to detail and to be good at copywriting
• A people person and work great in a team - a natural when it comes to collaboration
