Forward Role are proud to be working exclusively with this multi award-winning digital agency in Manchester who have a fantastic client base and a passionate team of digital marketers. With their recent success they are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their busy client services team in Manchester. Working with a number of high profile brands across ecommerce, retail, and health & fitness you will take lead with the agencies top tier clients.
As Digital Account Manager you will be a key member of the client services team and will play a key role in business growth through creating and sustaining long standing client relationships. A strong understanding of SEO, PPC and social is important as this is the core of the business.
This role will involve being the main point of contact for a portfolio of some of the agency's biggest spending clients. As Digital Account Manager you will work closely with the Account Director to help aid with the on-boarding of new clients. The ideal candidate will thrive when building client relationships and constantly be looking for opportunities to improve client satisfaction through exceptional campaign performance.
With the support of the team you will be involved with leading client meetings to discuss their digital needs and developing weekly/monthly reports on account success. They offer a brilliant training and development path and it's an exciting time to join as they enjoying some great successes at the moment. This position offers a real chance for progression and they're looking for someone who would love the opportunity to be a key part of the agencies client services team. As Account Manager you will work with Department Heads and Strategy Managers to plan and help deliver outstanding campaigns.
