Digital Marketing Executives or agency side Account Executives!! Does working for a small close-knit team of 4 where you can directly input and have ownership into the whole agency’s ongoing growth sound appealing? Maybe you’re working at a large agency currently and would like to join a small (but mighty) and 13 years established agency team who work across some exciting clients covering retail, entertainment and destination marketing! Or you may be working in-house for a small marketing team and love the idea of moving agency side to work on a variety of clients. 

Take the best parts of a start-up and combine that with the stability of a well-established agency with key client accounts and you have this business!! It’s an exciting one.

Forward Role are working exclusively with this agency in South Manchester as they look to bring an ambitious Senior Digital Marekting Executive on board working on a variety of accounts & projects that are predominantly digital! You'll be working with a key focus across social media management, as well as web, SEO, CRO and some involvement in event management, running workshops and marketing strategy creation. 

They are an easy-going, down to earth team who really care about their job. You’ll be someone who gets a real buzz out of doing a good job & going above and beyond!

The admin bits:

-        Salary up to £32k

-        Profit share (you will be rewarded for all extra growth you bring into the business)

-        Hybrid working (2 days in the office which is in close proximiy to the tram stop, but with lots of flexibility)

-        25 days holiday

-        Training budget

This offers a real opportunity for someone to actually be part of something, with the potential to grow the department upwards!  Maybe you are currently working in-house, and have previously worked agency side but didn't like the scale of the business and the chance of working closely in a tight team really appeals. Or you may be an Account Executive now looking for a step up to Senior Exec. Either way this role is a brilliant one.
