About the Role:
As the Senior Digital Executive, you will collaborate with teams across the organisation to deliver excellence in digital operations. This role requires a perfect blend of digital expertise, operational efficiency, and the ability to report into internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Manage the budget for Marketing Tech platforms and tools.
- Provide support to the Digital Operations Admin and Digital Operations Executive.
- Train new staff in using core Martech effectively.
- Ensure SEO-friendly technical setups on all customer web platforms.
- Act as the system expert for CMS & CRM, overseeing day-to-day website management.
- Handle support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Set up templates and content hubs with guidance.
- Support the implementation of new marketing platforms and Martech tools.
- Collaborate on scoping, planning, and pricing digital commercial and marketing projects.
- Lead the analytics setup for all digital brands and projects, ensuring consistent tracking.
- Generate insightful reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, aiming for best-in-class performance.
- Collaborate on customer acquisition campaigns across various channels.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with an impressive track record.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for digital technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
- Excellent organization and priority-setting abilities.
- Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing and optimizing high-traffic websites.
- Digital literate and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Proficiency in HTML and content management systems.
- Familiarity with working with developers and QA processes.
- Knowledge of online analytics platforms like WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Email Marketing.
