We have exclusively partnered with a software company that has developed an OpenSource Database that allows Universities, Archives and Research institutions across Europe to backup their data on the cloud.

The company have been in business since 2000 and have built a reputation as a leader in digital assets management across Europe.

With an influx of users making use of their opensource database they are looking to add an experienced developer with expertise in Go to help them scale out their backend.

You will be joining a 7 man development team and working closely with their CTO as they look to scale their database to ensure that important historical information and vital research has a safe place to remain for generations to come.

Their tech stack is a Go backend, with Docker and Kubernetes for their containers. ElasticSearch and Postgres for data and a JavaScript frontend.

They are based in Berlin but will allow remote working for this position within Germany.

With a short two step process that involves no take home assignment they are looking to move quickly to secure the best talent the market can offer.
