Senior Marketing Executive

Our client is a leading tech business who are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive due to continued growth.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this position is likely to suit a marketing professional with solid digital, events and campaign experience.

Working within a niche sector, our client targets an identified and already established target list, so profiling and detailed analysis of the firms within our target market is essential.

The ability to build relationships with our partners and work collaboratively with our sales team on campaigns is also critical to the success of this role, along with the desire to develop an in-depth understanding of our services and unique legal sector client base.

Responsible for managing digital channels, campaigns and events, the Senior Marketing Executive’s role is to design strategies that drive leads for our sales team, achieving business growth via new client acquisition.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Design and management of marketing campaigns that deliver qualified leads.
  • Monitoring and reporting back on the performance of campaigns and the sales team’s agreed activities.
  • Strategy, build and budget management of digital advertising campaigns, specifically on the LinkedIn platform.
  • Organisation of events such as webinars, roundtables, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • CRM management of target market and lead pipeline data, utilising this intelligence to design and manage campaigns, and supporting in coordinating the activity of the outbound sales team.

Candidate Skills and experience:

  • Previous working experience in a B2B marketing role for a min. of 3 years. Experience of IT / legal sector is an advantage.
  • A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies and an understanding of marketing theory and performance reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising campaign design, budget management and analysis - specifically on the LinkedIn platform.
  • Event organisation experience, both on digital platforms and in-person.
  • Hands on experience with marketing software and tools – Hubspot knowledge a plus.
  • Results-oriented, specifically relating to lead generation.
  • An ambitious, self-starter within the creativity, desire and work ethic to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Well-developed communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
