Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Marketing Manager to strengthen our client’s lean and agile Marketing team.

Your role

You’ll play a key role in the business by working closely with the Sales and Product teams and translating the needs of the business into successful marketing activities. You’ll run targeted campaigns, events, write great copy and build marketing assets – all designed to drive sales and the growth of the brand.

What you’ll do

• Create propositions to present products in ways that strengthen the brand and enhance our client’s internal and external communications

• Collaborate with the Product team to understand the product road map, craft propositions,

create sales and product collateral, develop marketing messages, and launch products to market

• Write compelling and informative copy for the website, blogs, case studies and white papers

• Create advertising campaigns, social media posts and email

• Work with the Business Insight team to understand customer behaviour and use that to improve

targeting and performance across all marketing activity.

About You

Probably already working in a technology business, you’ll be comfortable working with product teams and translating the promise and features of products into compelling propositions for customers. You’ll be happy blending products into solutions-led campaigns and content that connect with customers.

You’ll enjoy working with sales teams to ensure marketing success is connected to sales delivery.

You’ll have broad experience across the different disciplines of marketing, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, busy environment where marketing drives many initiatives across the business.

• Proven as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar in a fast-paced tech sector environment.

• Ability to make your own decisions, influence others and find new ways to drive momentum.

• Creative thinker that generates and executes innovative ideas.

• Excellent copywriting with the ability to make the complex simple.

• Hunger for customer insight through analysis of data, surveys, and customer interviews.

• Managing stakeholders with competing priorities and collaborating to achieve alignment.

• Commercially minded, with a strong focus on KPIs, performance analysis and delivery.

• Understanding of vendor partnerships and marketing development funds.

• An understanding of Unified Communications, Hybrid Cloud and/or IT Managed services is desirable.
