Senior Marketplace Executive - Manchester

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, partnering with a client experiencing rapid growth! Initially, you'll take the lead in managing the day-to-day trading and sales performance across key channels like Wayfair UK and Debenhams, with plans to launch additional channels in the next 12 – 18 months. You'll also play a pivotal role in coordinating and spearheading the launch of new channels, under the guidance of the Head of Marketplaces.

Managing sales, profitability and product range within the channels. Drive revenue growth while maintaining a keen understanding of overall profitability.

• Regularly review sales performance to assist in planning and executing key trading actions.

• Compile necessary information for weekly reports and, as needed, share relevant updates with the team.

• Conduct monthly competitor analysis.

• Monitor KPIs, including on-time delivery rates, to ensure top account health, and promptly address any issues within the wider team.

• Ensure high-quality uploads of new products, ensuring completion of all required fields and content.

• Optimize existing products to enhance content, discoverability, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the product and broader teams to ensure our content surpasses that of competitors and meets its intended purpose.

• Ensure all relevant SKUs are active across the channels.

• Advocate for products suitable for your channels and provide feedback to the buying team.

• Plan and manage trading activities throughout the year, making necessary price file changes to support discounts.

• Maintain the shared trading calendar to enhance visibility and facilitate planning.

• Lead the e-commerce perspective launch of new marketplace/partner channels to ensure seamless integration.

• Regularly assess the performance of advertisements on Wayfair and other relevant channels, taking action to boost sales while maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Possess a passion for working as part of a small team to deliver significant results.

• Confidently communicate and build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.

Skills Required

  • 1+ years’ experience of managing marketplace channels. Such as Wayfair, Amazon & Ebay.

  • Knowledge of Wayfair and using the Partner Home

  • Portal.

  • Digital marketing: Google or marketplace advertising

  • experience.

  • Understanding of product/stock feeds and how

  • marketplace channels are integrated/automated with

  • internal order management systems.

  • Knowledge of using Channel Advisor or a similar marketplace tool.
