Senior Paid Media Executive

Salary up to £36k + bonus + 28 days holiday + BH!

Manchester City Centre – 2 days a week in office, 3 days from home

Forward Role are excited to exclusively partner with an innovative, PE backed international eCommerce business, as they look to expand their close-knit Paid team with the recruitment of an ambitious, experienced and curious Senior Paid Media Executive! This varied role will provide autonomy in one of the fastest growing technology and ecommerce brands in Europe, and will see the successful candidate work very closely with the Paid Media Manager to activate and develop the paid media strategy for their UK campaigns.

Activating and optimising exciting and bold campaigns across paid social, paid search and display, you will be managing your own budgets accordingly and closely supporting your Paid Media Manager with developing the future performance strategy. This is a truly fantastic role for an Exec coming from a strong ‘hands on’ background, looking to progress their career in a growing business with a fantastic working culture.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Build and manage campaigns across Paid Social, PPC and Display
  • Monitor and report on performance with an emphasis on metrics such as CPA and CPL
  • Optimise channels to meet KPI targets whilst keeping to monthly budgets
  • Plan, run and evaluate tests across paid campaigns in order to improve KPIs
  • Use performance insights to react and improve results daily, weekly and monthly
  • Demonstrate the impact of the performance channels on the wider business
  • Monitor trends in the market and proactively research betas within platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
  • Work closely with the supporting agency to build performance channel strategies

Your skills & experience:

  • Proven track-record within a paid media role, coming from an agency or ecommerce background
  • Hands-on experience within Paid Social and strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager is required
  • PPC and/or Display experience is preferable but not required
  • Strong understanding of the impact of paid media on consumer behaviour and how it drives engagement through to acquisition and retention
