Senior Paid Media Manager – Hybrid

Salary £45-£55k

Trafford Park – very flexible, hybrid working culture & policy. Come in as much or as little as you like, as long as you can make it in for a monthly marketing meeting as a minimum!

We’re working with a fast paced ecommerce business that has 4 exciting brands under its umbrella, this role will see you line manage a talented Paid Media Executive and work across the different brands, all offering a slightly different product & service to provide you with day to day variety. This role is hands on – you will be involved in as much as the day to day acquisition activations as you are leading on the Group’s paid strategy.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Responsible for creating, activating and optimising paid campaigns in both google and Microsoft.
  • You’ll have creative freedom, ensuring bidding strategies are up to date and optimised
  • Consistently data and create reports to monitor and improve performance
  • Conduct key word research, making sure adverts are optimised based on seasonality and trend
  • Work closely with the SEO manager to ensure both paid and organic traffic grow alongside each other, as well as working closely with the CRM Manager and in-house design teams
  • Manage full budget responsibility, identifying areas of growth in existing channels as well as new opportunities
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Director on developing the performance strategy across the 4 brands, consistently thinking of the ‘bigger picture’

  • Previous hands on experience in paid media, particularly PPC
  • Strong data skills, able to analyse performance, producing reports and present back to the business
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and paid search tools
  • You’ll be able to work with multiple stakeholders across the business
