A high growth B2B organisation is looking for their first Senior Product Manager to shift them away from a sales led environment to a product led environment. This is a welcomed role, with backing from the board and senior leadership team. Alongside the Operations Director, you will instil product best practice and will map out processes. You will also champion the customer, ensuring all feature enhancements benefit the wide range of customers. At first, you will be hands on and strategic but you will imminently hire a team, allowing you to focus on the vision and strategy.
