Working within a well-established and nationally recognized brand within the motor trade industry they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to lead their social media efforts and contribute to their continued success.
As the Senior Social Media Executive at, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the social media strategy. You will be part of a collaborative and creative team, responsible for increasing brand visibility, engagement, and ultimately driving business growth through effective social media campaigns. This role will also entail moments of autonomy as well. This is a Hybrid position working any 3 days in office and 2 days from home paying a salary between £24,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience
About the role
Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure strategy remains innovative and effective.
Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content across various social media channels.
Community Management: Foster and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive brand image and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimise content.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure social media initiatives align with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and thematic alignment with marketing initiatives and events.
Stay Compliant: Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations, privacy policies, and company guidelines.
Have 2 years’ experience focusing on Social Media & are competent in managing multiple channels
Able to work both collaboratively & autonomously where necessary
Like to stay in the know with current social trends
Competent in content creation with examples to highlight this
Have experience in creating effective social media strategies
