An award winning software company In Manchester City Centre (paying up to £60,000 + bens), who have experienced a large amount of growth recently, building a number of new development teams, now require a Service Delivery Manager to bring the teams together, those teams being Development, Infrastructure, Desktop and Client Services.
Working in a relaxed environment, the Service Delivery Manager will adopt a team of three and you will be expected to be proactive in nature, having the gravitas to pull the teams together to form a slick operation. You will be operating in a customer facing role and have a variety of tasks, with the main priority being that of delivering operational success.
As the Service a Delivery Manager, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Tech Engineers.
- Focus on customer success and service.
- Own and report internal and customer SLAs.
- Incident management.
- Define and improve service delivery processes via monitoring and reporting.
- Undertake resource planning in both staffing and tooling.
