Service Design Lead - Leeds (Hybrid)

Service Designer – Leeds (Hybrid) - £60k

One of the UKs top 5 best companies to work for who embody collaboration, integrity & trust are looking for a Service Designer to join their experienced and dedicated team as they continue to push forward on an exciting period of growth!

Joining the Digital Experience team you’ll be the backbone of devising and optimising customer journey mapping of their omni-channel, websites & mobile app. You’ll be leading on all Service design methodologies, CX workshops and customer journey mapping whilst identifying and delivering opportunities for company growth so having a proactive mindset is key.

This role is key to achieving the goals of the business and with exciting projects in the pipeline alongside ambitious growth plans it’s an amazing opportunity to be part of such a big digital transformation within a company that truly embodies collaboration & trust!

Ideal Skills / Experience

  • Extensive Service Design methodology experience across multiple areas including research & UX
  • Customer Journey Mapping experience across both digital and physical
  • Previously delivered service design projects in a matrix environment
  • Experience creating and evolving Design Systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
