Do you want the opportunity to work with a global retailer who have close partnerships with YouTube, Meta & TikTok?

Are you an experienced Social Media Manager who can motivate & develop a team?

Do you have experience managing a large team & comfortable handling big budgets?

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure the continued growth and development of all our UK social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Develop strategies and campaign ideas to improve content and channel performance.
  • Set social media KPIs aligned with wider marketing objectives and goals.
  • Build close relationships with client partners at social media platforms, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the UK Social Content Manager and Studio team to deliver best-in-class content across social media platforms.
  • Drive community engagement, strengthen consumer connections, and build loyalty through exceptional community management.
  • Utilise social monitoring tools to gain insights, identify trends, target influencers, and report success.
  • Oversee the development and training of the social media team and educate the wider business on social media-related matters.
  • Maintain social media reporting and share detailed reports with senior stakeholders regularly.
  • Responsible for governance and management of the social media budget.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy across our channels.
  • Foster close relationships with stakeholders and departments, including Marketing, Influencer, Activations, Content, Data & Analytics, CRM, Merch, and Buying teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Do you have?

  • Extensive social media experience, with a focus on leading organic growth (paid knowledge advantageous).
  • Track record of developing and executing social media strategies for large organizations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure performance.
  • Experience setting and tracking KPIs for social media campaigns and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage and develop a large social media team, including managers, executives, and assistants.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Collaborative approach, working with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Experience managing large budgets.
