Social Media Specialist - Freelance (8 weeks, office based) 



Our Client

Forward Role are currently working with a UK wide retailer, based in Burnley, who are looking to bring in a Social Media Specialist over an 8-week period to manage all of their social accounts. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and agree with team the monthly content for Facebook
  • Brief creative on all visual assets needed for social media
  • Write engaging copy for posts
  • Schedule posts on Facebook (using appropriate scheduling software)
  • Analyse performance of all posts and fan growth and produce weekly reports (with recommendations for improvements)
  • Post videos on YouTube (with appropriate copy and tags)
  • Input and recommendations on SEO strategy
  • Grasp of different customer segments / target audiences
  • Help with event planning and execution when required
  • Help with leaflet as and when required
  • Help with blogging / PR when needed
