Strategist

One of the UK’s leading digital agencies is seeking a strategist to take on a key role in one of the most awarded strategy teams in the industry. This company is widely recognised for their impressive portfolio of clients and this position will give you the opportunity to work with one of their largest and longest-standing brands. This is a fantastic position for a charismatic and creative individual who wants to thrive in a fun, diverse and friendly place to work.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Developing CRM strategies on three leading automotive brands

Researching the brands’ business and presenting findings to senior staff and clients

Generating original ideas with other members of staff

Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them

Liaising with senior members of staff to receive feedback and create improvements to strategies

Reporting directly to the senior strategist

You should ideally:

Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years strategy/planning experience at credible agencies

Have an understanding of brands, customer behaviour, channels, research and data

Have the drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work

Have some experience with clients from the automotive industry (desirable but not essential)

Be curious with an enthusiasm to learn, listen and pick up things proactively

Be a strong team player
