Technical eCommerce Manager 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technically minded eCommerce Manager who has experience working with channel management software and integration tools for online B2B sales to join a specialist retailer with over a 100 years of industry experience.
The company are highly established and supply B2B to some of the biggest names within retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on new customer integration using FTP and API.
  • Technical product onboarding support for online customer portals.
  • Managing the transfer of product data from one system to another.
  • Project manage catalogue expansion and enrichment process through PIM processes.
  • Effective progress reporting for product on-boarding tracker and workflows.
  • Preparing images and attaching them to the appropriate products within our database.
  • Manage incidence and support tickets where dedicated channel support is required.
  • Support wider eCommerce team through new season launches for large volumes of products.
  • Review and progress the online availability of new product ranges in conjunction with Buying & Merchandising and supplier teams.
  • Management of data flows and connections within Linnworks or similar systems.
  • Assist with regular site sweeps, pre-campaign and promo checks and report back on amendments as required

Ideal experience:

  • 3 years experience within ecommerce/digital marketing.
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience with PIM systems or solutions
  • Experience of Linnworks or similar channel management systems.
  • Previous experience of eCommerce trading accounts management.
  • Effective communication with external and internal customers.
  • Understanding of platform integrations and channel management software in general.
  • Good analytical, numerical and reporting skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload and multi-task is essential.
