Technical Support Executive

One of the UK’s leading software providers is seeking a technical support executive to uphold their excellent reputation for customer service. This is an integral role within the business which involves resolving technical questions, answering queries and developing professional relationships.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Helping customers with their questions in relation to the companies web-based products
  • Configuring new accounts
  • Conducting internal training
  • Developing customer relationships
  • Ad hoc reporting

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role (customer service)
  • Be meticulous with careful attention to detail
  • Have a good knowledge of internet technologies including HTML
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent communication skills
