We are currently looking to secure someone to join our Tech Recruitment team and will consider someone with either tech experience or alternatively someone from a multi-disciplinary background. Recruitment can be a challenging career, however it is also one that delivers high rewards and we want ensure that everybody enjoys coming to work.

You will already know that no two days in recruitment are the same, however your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a busy desk; we are all responsible for business development, candidate attraction, and vacancy management, you will never be short of something to do.

  • Working with existing clients, building relationships and ensuring a world class service is delivered at all times.

  • Bringing in new business by networking and making connections with companies all over the country to build effective relationships.

  • Facilitating placements and driving sales forward, ensuring all targets are exceeded.

  • Retain existing clients whilst securing new business with exceptional end to end recruitment solutions.

  • Developing a flawless knowledge of current and potential clients, understanding the structures of the Technology departments within the largest companies in England.

  • Building your own profile in the market as the best at what you do.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who want to progress, so ideally you will have the following:

  • A recruitment background, if it’s Tech recruitment now we’re really talking!

  • The ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels

  • The ability to think on your feet and act creatively

  • To be consultative in your sales approach

  • Desire to learn and develop

  • A positive, outgoing personality (and a good sense of humour)
