Job Title: Senior Test Analyst
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Location: Birmingham
Role Type: Hybrid – 2 days a week on-site

My client, an established Financial Services company is looking for a expert Test Analyst with 5+ years in industry and past experience within the Financial Services sector to join their expanding team.

Responsible for meeting user-defined business requirements, you will be in charge of testing and ensuring quality for upcoming releases in the Bank's live banking and digital applications.

Tasks include creating functional and non-functional test cases, crafting and implementing test plans, and conducting testing according to business requirements and release schedules.

Responsibilities:

⭐ Coordinate testing, develop test cases aligned with business requirements, and report progress within set timelines.
⭐ Train staff during system changes and create functional specifications based on business needs.
⭐ Review supplier specifications for alignment with business requirements, suggesting changes if necessary.
⭐ Collaborate on phased developments, proposing process improvements.
⭐ Aid business units in adhering to development and testing schedules, reporting progress and escalating issues.
⭐ Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders regarding business priorities during UAT.
⭐ Manage UAT developments and communication with developers for issue resolution.
⭐ Verify and document software faults for existing systems.
