TRAFFIC MANAGERS NEEDED – CONTRACTS TO PERM POSITIONS, LEEDS - OUTSIDE IR35

We have two positions for Traffic Managers in one of the biggest international retailers. These are contract positions starting at a preliminary 3-6month period, with a view to be made permanent.

In this role, you will be expected to come in and hit the ground running. The company is in an exciting period of massive growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign tasks and check the statuses of outstanding tasks
• Conduct a daily morning meeting to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks
• Communicate any issues with the studio and Brand Managers
• Conduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with Brand Mangers and the studio
• Initiate new jobs for the Brand Managers and create timelines and tasks for the work to be done (future planning)
• Manage Work-front and status reporting
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with brand managers
• Develop and implement process improvements with the Creative Operations Manager to boost project efficiency
