Would you like to lead the critical and ongoing ERP Improvement Programme for an entire Borough Council?

You will head up the design, development and delivery of the Unit4 Business World On system.

You’ll need to be calm, focused and competent at all times, because this is a fast paced environment which requires organisation skills and resilience.

Customer service and stakeholder liaison are a critical part of the role, as you promote, enable and support service delivery through the introduction and maintenance of key technologies on the Unit4 ERP system.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a Unit4 (Agresso) System Manager or Administrator or Analyst
• Ability to lead on issue resolution, application upgrades and change
• Good level of knowledge & understanding of the business need and technical infrastructure within the Local Authority, to enable a high standard of input into the development, shape and future design of the Council’s BWO application and it’s interfaces with the rest of the estate.
