Planning, designing, preparing and running relevant research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement of digital experiences.
Delivering behavioural insights workshops and being involved in presentations for the client. You will also support our new business development team, playing an active role in discovery workshops and new client pitches
Using Heuristic Evaluation Methodologies for both ecommerce and application processes you will be expect to conduct evaluations and competitor analysis reports to the best of your ability.
You will also work closely collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team including strategists, UX designers, developers and data analysts to delivery incredible value and impact to our clients
Supporting the marketing team with development work and assist on innovation projects throughout the agency.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Experience in a client facing roles were you’re responsible for sharing insights with senior decision makers.
- People and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree or qualification in a HCI related field.
- Experience using research tools such Indeemo, Whatusersdo, Usertesting.com & HotJar.
