UX Designer (CRO) – Chester - £35k

A market leading online retailer are looking for a UX Designer to join their established and dedicated design team, as they continue to  push forward on an exciting period of growth and digital transformation as one of the fastest growing e-commerce procedures in the UK.

This is a great opportunity as you will be building and evolving upcoming and new eCommerce web sites and applications, working collaboratively with UX, CRO and product teams to maximise online opportunity & create industry leading customer experiences across their digital products so why not be a part of it!

You’ll work with the team to develop detailed wireframes, user journeys, high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes whilst also sourcing improvements to current customer journeys. You’ll also be conducting and analysing user research studies to identify areas for improvement and test hypotheses as being an advocate for the customer within the business is integral.

Ideal Skills / Experience

• 3 years+ in a user experience design or web design role

• Expertise in creating user journeys maps, wireframes, and prototypes

• Ability to work through complex scenarios

• An understanding of A/B testing and use of CRO & analytics tools (Google Optimize/Analytics, Optimizley, VWO) would be ideal.
