This really is a growth position for an individual who understands code, but either wants to work on design and architecture or simply manage/lead high performing web development teams.  Read the below and then pop your CV over for discussion.

You’ll be someone who has already held senior positions in a technical development team and understands PHP/WordPress and JS technologies.  It’ll be a great bonus if you can lead the line on team stand-ups, individual development and performance, 1-2-1s, process development and resource planning. It would be expected that you’ll (initially) be hands-on either supporting the team to deliver projects or to be exploring new technologies, so it goes without saying that you’ll be comfortable across the full stack and be comfortable with things like deployment and AWS. You’ll have a passion for technology with an in-depth understanding of web technologies, tools and trends with the ability to operate independently against prioritised requirements.
