Web Analyst (Optimisation)
I am currently recruiting for a web analyst to join a digital experience design agency with an unrivalled expertise in retail. As a web optimisation analyst with a successful track record in ecommerce, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to help clients continually improve their customer service experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a web optimisation analyst to thrive in an environment where creativity, data and behavioural insight collide.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Developing an understanding of customers digital behaviours
Providing actionable insights in to customer base and journeys
Working with CRM and digital data to bridge the gap between on and offline data
Understanding what data to use and when…and where to get that data from
Data visualisation and presenting data / insight to clients and senior stakeholders
Auditing clients’ web analytics set ups, recommending and implementing improvements
Implementing and managing tags
Good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation – a/b testing and MVT
You should ideally:
Have an advanced understanding of Google Analytics (or other web analytics tool)
Have a knowledge of Google Tag Manager (or equivalent)
Have experience using data visualisation tools such as Data Studio / Tableau etc.
Have optimisation knowledge – experience with testing tools is desirable but not essential
Be creative and passionate
Have excellent communication skills and be confident presenting to senior clients
