Website Manager / 40 – 50k / Manchester / Hybrid
If you are passionate about delivering a better experience for customers then this is the role for you! I am recruiting for a customer focused FinTech business who are looking for a Website Manager to join their ambitious team.
As the Website Manager you will…
- Create and manage the website strategy
- Analyse and evaluate journey metrics to measure usage levels, conversion rates, flag UX issues and suggested solutions
- Content audits to update content
- Work closely with SEO and CRO Managers to meet objectives
- Run reports to manage site performance
- Work with other teams to ensure a consistent approach to website updates
- Manage CMS to ensure the website is updated efficiently
- Drive change requirements to improve website experience
- Plan and understand content requirements alongside stakeholders
- Write clear, concise copy and proof-read and edit all content
You will have…
- Website management and optimisation experience
- Strong knowledge of related tools including Google Analytics, Optimize, Hotjar, etc.
- CMS experience
- Copywriting and content experience
- Understanding of web user experience principles, web analytics and reporting
- Design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, UX/UI are desirable
- Strong project management skills
