Senior B2B Growth Executive
Are you a commercial go-getter with a passion for health, sport, and high-performance partnerships? I'm hiring for a fast-growing, chef-led food brand that's transforming how professionals and athletes eat - and they need a Senior B2B Growth Executive to help scale their business client base.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role blending sales, partnerships, and account management. You'll be driving growth across two exciting verticals: professional sports teams and corporate clients who care deeply about wellbeing.
What You'll Be Doing
- New Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and close deals with performance-driven organisations
- Account Management: Build lasting relationships, drive retention, and unlock upsell/referral opportunities
- Partnerships & Events: Activate brand collaborations, wellness days, tastings, and team visits
- Marketing Support: Own the B2B LinkedIn presence and help craft compelling case studies
- Reporting & CRM: Keep the pipeline clean, track KPIs, and report on growth metrics
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management
- Proven success winning and growing business accounts
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders (think HR leads and sports directors)
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- CRM-savvy (HubSpot preferred) and passionate about health, nutrition or sport
