IT Support Technician (1st/2nd Line) – Altrincham – Hybrid (2/3 days on site) - £32K
*You must have a full UK driving license as you will occasionally travel to other sites (non-negotiable) *
A major retailer with ambitious growth and sustainability plans are looking for their next IT Support Technician (1st/2nd line) to support their team through a period of transformational change. You will work closely with regional teams and their managed service provider to ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions.

Essential:
- Minimum 1- 2 years in a similar IT support role
- Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, hardware builds, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 administration
- General networking skills including Wi-Fi connectivity and user support
- Experience working to KPIs and SLAs
- Analytical mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure is a plus)
- ITSM tool experience
