We're hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the charge in positioning our client as a premier AI-first software development partner. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to turn vision into measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As Head of Marketing, you'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, partner marketing, and client engagement. You'll work closely with senior leadership to align messaging, drive qualified leads, and elevate our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and evolve a marketing strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics
  • Position the company as a thought leader in AI-first software development and agile delivery
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine messaging and market positioning

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, events, social) to drive MQLs
  • Optimise the marketing funnel using data-driven insights
  • Oversee CRM and automation tools to nurture prospects and track performance
  • Manage client engagement programmes to increase lifetime value

Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Develop co-marketing programmes with strategic partners
  • Support partner programme initiatives to expand reach and drive growth

Brand & Content

  • Define and evolve brand identity, tone of voice, and visual assets
  • Lead content strategy across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video
  • Manage PR, media outreach, and analyst relations

Team & Budget Management

  • Lead a remote marketing team and manage agency/vendor relationships
  • Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient spend

 

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in software/professional services
  • Proven success scaling marketing in fast-paced environments
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills, especially with C-level stakeholders

Skills & Traits

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Deep understanding of AI, digital marketing, analytics, and automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Exceptional storytelling and brand-building capabilities
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration and cross-cultural communication
  • Self-starter, data-driven, adaptable, and collaborative
