Forward Role are working with an established, high growth, luxury home interior business to recruit a CRM Manager to oversee the CRM and comms strategy.
The business is made up of 4 market leading brands that are all growing at a rapid rate.
This is an exciting new role that has been created to revolutionise their outdated lead nurturing process using the Email and SMS CRM channels and a telesales team.
You will report into the Group Head of Marketing and work alongside a Marketing team of 12.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, articulate and execute a CRM strategy to qualify and nurture leads, increasing conversion rates for leads passed to designers.
- Collaborate with brand managers on ideation, content, asset requirements and the successfully launch of campaigns.
- Lead and inspire the outbound lead qualification teams to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify training requirements, deliver coaching and carry out 121 sessions
- Work with other teams in the wider business to improve processes and client communications
- Analysis and reporting of all CRM activities
- Produce reports on team performance for senior leadership team
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM channel leadership with a track record of driving growth, within a fast paced, target based environment
- Hands approach to management, coaching and development
- Commercially minded, positive and resilient
- IT literate with an appetite to methodically improve processes
- Solid problem-solving abilities, with the skill to recognise trends and opportunities.
