As the Marketplace Executive you'll be at the forefront of transforming the presence on the Amazon & Ebay accounts, your mission will be to elevate the brand visibility, with your strategic brilliance, you'll optimize product listings, identify market trends, and devise innovative campaigns that captivates Amazon & Ebay shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management: Manage daily operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and B&Q, ensuring that product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share, including promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and stock management.
  • Content Optimization: Create and enhance product content—titles, descriptions, images, and keywords—to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to maintain stock levels, avoid stockouts, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Compliance & Account Health: Ensure all marketplace activities adhere to platform policies, maintaining account health and minimizing the risk of suspensions or penalties.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure marketplace strategies are aligned with broader company goals.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and/or B&Q.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing product listings, pricing, and inventory.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • International Experience (Advantageous): Experience with managing international marketplaces is beneficial but not required.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
