The role:
The remit of the Partnerships Executive is to:
- Own and develop the existing strategic partnerships within the Business Innovations team
- Identify new strategic distribution partners that align with the company’s strategic objectives
- Coordinate the onboarding and launch of new partners and manage through any partner propositional changes
- To be the key point of contact, internally & externally for partners that are assigned to this role
- To deliver the requirements of your role in line with the company’s culture and values
The candidate:
Essential:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- High degree of initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Works independently to resolve technical queries
- Calm and highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and effectively manage priorities
- Confident presenter who can tailor their communication style and explain technical information clearly
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive to achieve results
- A willingness to learn and enthusiasm to develop technical insurance industry knowledge
Desirable:
- Experience in strategic account management, client services, business development or a partner facing role
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Successful track record of effectively implementing strategies & plans
- Successful track record of building strong relationships
- Data & analytical skills
- Holds a full UK Driving Licence
- Product management or marketing experience
