The Role:
This is an exciting role for a marketer who has a proven track record across multiple channels and marketing disciplines. Reporting to the Group’s Head of Marketing, based in the group head office in Bury, this person will work across both of the group’s businesses, interacting with the sales, operation and commercial teams to create, implement and measure all marketing activity.
Top 3 Focus areas:
- Implementation of the UK go to market communications for candidates, clients and customers
- Support campaign management in-country across multiple channels
- Execution of financial year marketing strategy as agreed with the Head of Marketing and Sales teams
Key Role Responsibilities:
Typical work activities include:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing management using existing channels and emerging trends
- Create and execute marketing activities across all channels in cooperation with the Senior Marketing Manager
- Manage marketing campaigns by making sure they are delivered according to the timescales and budgets
- Experience of working with email marketing and CRM Platforms
- Familiar with email marketing campaigns, including creating, delivery and automation (create and maintain customer journeys - design, configure, audience segmentation and data management)
- Experience in setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns, creation to reporting
- Able to respond to online reviews and feedback across multiple social channels
- Content maintenance of the group’s core websites using WordPress
- Coordinate and create sales support presentations and brochures, ensuing these are up to date and relevant to business sectors
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and on your own initiative as well as being a strong team player, with the ability to work with other delivery teams to achieve campaign goals
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and commercial, as well as third party agencies
- Detailed understanding of analytics e.g Google analytics or A/B testing.
- Event coordination (i.e. Internal and external events)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Competent user of all MS office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Business to business (b2b) marketing experience
- Recruitment or technical marketing experience
- Degree level education or Marketing related qualification desirable
