This is your chance to lead the charge as our CRM Manager, driving customer loyalty and boosting lifetime value through innovative multi-channel campaigns.
As our CRM Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind our retention and loyalty strategies, overseeing exciting initiatives that will keep our customers coming back. This a newly created role so you’ll have an opportunity to grow and already strong community of customers and really narrow down and segment our customer data to take us to the next level and push our customer LTV. We have recently rolled out our customer loyalty programme where you be able to really specialise on making our brand a true community within our industry.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel retention campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to keep customers engaged and reduce churn.
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure all content is brand-consistent across platforms.
- Analyse customer behaviours, report on performance, and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Be a leader and voice within our community, engaging directly with our customers.
- Oversee our VIP program, delivering personalized experiences for high-value customers.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and deliver innovative, relevant content.
- Lead CRM segmentation and A/B testing strategies, refining our approach for optimal results.
As a CRM Manager you will ideally have:
- A bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher) in Marketing or a relevant field is preferable
- 3+ years’ experience in a CRM role, with hands-on experience in CRM/ESP platforms (bonus points for Klaviyo experience).
- Strong grasp of basic HTML for editing and amends.
- An Excel expert, with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
