The role has a very flexible hybrid working model. There are a couple of days per week expected in the office per week, either from Leeds City Centre or Manchester City Centre.

Why This Role?
As our CRM Manager, you'll be at the heart of the CRM Transformation Programme, supporting our mission to enhance creativity across the nation. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working closely with stakeholders, and has a keen eye for ensuring that CRM solutions meet the highest standards. You will report into a Senior CRM Manager and also be responsible for line management responsibilities of a CRM Executive.
You'll be key in empowering users by delivering tailored training, managing CRM operations, and ensuring our systems deliver maximum efficiency. From driving continuous improvements to managing data governance, this role offers the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on implementation. As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Support CRM users by addressing requests and triaging technical issues to ensure seamless daily operations
- Collaborate with IT and transformation teams to enhance the CRM platform and continuously improve user experiences
- Deliver training to empower CRM users and ensure they can confidently navigate system updates and new processes
- Shape the future of our CRM through stakeholder workshops, project documentation, and developing business solutions aligned with our transformation goals
- Ensure data excellence by maintaining data quality protocols, troubleshooting issues, and working with governance teams to meet legal and statutory requirements
You will ideally have some of the following skills:
- Proven experience managing or implementing CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical details for all levels of users
- Ability to create clear, engaging training materials and proactively solve issues as they arise
- Collaborative approach, working across departments to understand business needs and ensure CRM solutions meet organisational goals
- Strong data literacy, with a focus on data management, governance, and a passion for accuracy
