Salary - £50,000
Role Purpose
Provide regulatory compliance support to help the firm meet risk mitigation goals and deliver positive customer outcomes. Identify trends and opportunities to ensure a high-quality service and establish the brand as a market leader for directly authorised firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive compliance support tailored to client needs and objectives, ensuring good customer outcomes.
- Produce reports and action plans with practical compliance solutions for clients.
- Provide feedback to improve internal documentation and service quality.
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with stakeholders.
- Continuously develop technical and regulatory expertise.
- Identify and support the development of additional services for clients.
- Assist with contract renewals and manage retention risks.
- Support client training and represent the company at internal and industry events.
- Engage in business projects to meet client needs and company objectives.
Essential Skills
- You will require an awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact the business and its Directly Authorised clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence clients
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient IT skills and ability to learn new systems
Knowledge Requirements
- Solid understanding of FCA rules and principles
