The business is looking for a Talent Manager to join the team in Manchester. If you understand the social media landscape, enjoy building strong relationships, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage content creators, helping them secure partnerships on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Identify and secure revenue-generating opportunities for creators.
- Act as the main contact, handling communications, inquiries, and negotiations with partners.
- Oversee inboxes and brand deals, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Seek out new partnerships aligned with creators' brands and audiences.
- Keep creators informed on deal progress and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of earnings, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure creators' interests are protected in contracts.
- Update the company website with current creator stats and information.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in influencer marketing, with a good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and creators at the same time.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a genuine interest in helping creators grow.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Great attention to detail when managing contracts and financial data.
