Job Overview:
As an Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to provide strategic insights that shape the business. You will be responsible for managing data analytics initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making, and delivering actionable insights to various stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that clearly communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of large datasets to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies.
- Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to integrate data insights into business strategies.
Experience/Skills:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
